The spooky people were beheld

But scary as the people were
I laughed and did not cry
Their gruesome costumes were something
Terrific to behold
But with the corny jumpscares I
Found that my eyes had rolled
The fellas that were in our group
Kept everything quite light
Between them and the conga line
I was not put to fright
