I found the reading room today
A well-lit quiey place
Where bookshelves all along the wall
Adorn the peaceful space
Upon the floor I sat and read
The book I came to find
To take a moment to relax
And pull back from the grind
This campus gem that I have found
I left but I’ll be back
When I can take a moment’s peace
And give a little slack
