I took to editing a doc
Over the past few days
But maybe what I had to do
Was put it all ablaze
And see what structure kept it up
And what was just icing
Surely some words I’d put to page
Have only been for bling
So I will strip it to its core
And then see what is left
And hopefully that will decrease
My paper’s major heft
