As I sat on a grassy step
I watched some girls play ball
They lobbed the spirals through the air
And caught them on the fall
But as I watched, another girl
Wanted to have a go
And cast her arms into the fair
To catch a well made throw
But ten feet down there was one more
A girl reading as well
And when that pass was made it missed
It promptly rang her bell
Thankfully she was okay
So all were left amused
But after that the game was done
The ball no longer used
