The festival of fall is here
With music and more fun
Reminding me of ages past
And all the things I’ve done
I got to see my Main Street friends
Performing live on stage
Including one Halcyon Hearts
I played in high school age
And then we went to varied booths
Crochet and soaps mostly
But other crafting, paintings too
Were also there to see
The volunteers who firefight
Had popcorn we could eat
And though buttered kernels weren’t
The day was rather sweet
