Distinguished dining guests today
With stories they’re chock full
The dean of government was there
And others too to mull
A chicken dinner pizza plate
(Or fried with ranch as well)
And wisdom and amusement flew
With many tales to tell
Productive and a learning time
To hear about the past
And also plans for future too
Which if there’s luck will last
