I’m back at work; not much has changed
But still I labor on
It seems we had a staffing change
While I on road was gone
But otherwise there’s not much new
Just have some more to write
We’ll see how these next days shake out
But they should be alright
The bus was just the same old route
With slightly different times
But that’s no problem for me, no
What is, is finding rhymes
But even that I often solve
Just like most other things
By testing out some different words
And finding out what rings
The other thing about my work
That I almost forgot
Is that the lunch from CPI
Is worth it to be got
But that’s about all I will say
Forgive my wandering
Perhaps July will bring about
A bit more focusing
It turns out that the bus schedule changes were entirely uneventful. The route is the same and it shows up five minutes later in the mornings and leaves the Pentagon two minutes earlier the evenings. Overall, wonderful change, if only because the bus actually left the Pentagon on time, rather than twenty minutes late like the 17K did. I have no complaints.
