The walls are lined with footwear and
The floor is also full
We found a pair for me to wear
The thoughts were not then dull
The color shoe that I would buy
The brand and type unknown
But once again the past won out
New shoes again I own
Perhaps this pair will fair better
Than my shoes of the past
And not have holes and wear out quick
Perhaps this one will last
But if it fails I guess I’ll go
And buy a couple more
