The days are winding slowly down
Horizon shows me school
Where I will read a lot of books
And work a power tool
We’ll see what I get up to then
For now I simply wait
The break has gone on long enough
I’m staring at the date
My sickness breaks but now I see
There’s work I need to do
Which isn’t fun, just scheduling
And purchasing books too
But we will get all through the slog
And back on campus soon
To get see the mountains sunsets fall
And cherish mountain moon
