The books are stacked up in a box
They’re government mostly
I get to read about the things
Which Congress gets to see
I’ve also got a book that’s by
My sister’s college man
Which I’ve been wanting to consume
But never made a plan
The textbook that’s on fundraising
Perhaps will be less fun
But we will have to wait and see
Not judge until it’s done
The online ancient books complete
My readings for the year
(But they might be the worst of all
At least that’s what I fear)
