I’m glad to say that I woke up
And made it to the march
Though rally went a little long
And tire toes and arch
The cause is good, the people great
The end, almost on time
We beat the other buses home
Avoided yoghurt slime
But now I’ve made it back and took
Some time to eat talk
And it will be so many hours
Until I choose to walk
