I’m told the Union’s going well
I hear the campaign pitch
The speech is running as was planned
I haven’t seen a hitch
But here’s a thought that I have had
I could improve some things
And first of all we’re changing this:
The President should sing
The speech should have a melody
And content-wise here’s one
Announce Virginia’s reunite
I think that could be fun
The guests were well worth hearing of
But next please bring on
The aliens Obama says
Are all around, how fun
But who am I to now suggest
Some changes to the speech
The President is who’s in charge
So give their own to each
