Today I:
- Went to the rot and ate breakfast; and although the pancake machine was low on batter, I still managed to get a solid breakfast
- Went to class for stats and read Orthodoxy
- Went to HR class and got to hear from the head of the Liberty trade school
- Got lunch at Slim Chickens
- Shaved at the dorm
- Visited the Side Hustle Expo at the SOBUSI
- Went to the library
- Was brought to the rot and discussed the concept of doing a “wife swap” except with friends of the same name (this makes sense, I promise)
- Went back to the library, got stats homework done, and fell asleep
- Woke up, went on a trip to Walmart and bought deodorant and two new giant candy canes (one red and white, the other red and green)
- Realized I was 20 minutes late to an appointment and redirected the Walmart-turned-Walgreens run
- Hustled up to the school of engineering only to learn that I was actually fine on time because there were technical difficulties
- Built K’NEX in record time, both for the group I intended to go for and for the group that one of my quadmates is in (nearly or more than twice as fast as the other guys in my quad)
- Returned to the dorm to drop off my candy cane and change into something a touch nicer
- Went to dinner in the rot
- Went back to the library and ran into some friends before heading out
- Went to the Southside Formal (the dancing had the floor flexing when the jumping started)
- Departed the Southside Formal after it ended and I was gifted flowers
- Stopped by the library and saw a library employee and several people from the formal, the same group I said hi to in the library previously, and the man I’m playing Silksong with
- Returned to my dorm to hear my roommate talking about buying camera equipment and wrote this rundown
This was a busy day, but a fun one.
