When I grow up, I don’t want to be a historical interpreter/reenactor, but at the same time, maybe when I’m old and gray I’ll find work doing something of the sort at a revolution/civil war era house/battlefield/etc.
Y’all ever wonder if reenactment died in WWII? Like, are there people out there who’ll reenact the gulf war? Where would they even do it? Is historical reenactment of modern conflict something that America will never do again absent a civil war/invasion?
