Responding to a map unfair
We could decide to DC square
Was retrocession justified
Is something that has not been tried
And having bitten off a chunk
Of citizens who vote for bunk
Perhaps we’d have a state once more
Wrest sovereignty through NOVA tore
But this could be of no import
With justice action from the court
(and while that might be nice and all
I fear decision will appall)
