My inbox has been missing mail
To tell of textbooks once for sale
Which I had backordered one day
From bookstore which I’d like to say
Ought to have had the books in stock
But late I was to order lock
Though whether I or its to blame
The situation is the same
That I do not have what I need
And so I wait and want and plead
Back to the topic that’s at hand
The bookstore emails didn’t land
Which was a source of major
A question I knew naught about
Until today when I realized
That I shouldn’t have been surprised
For years ago I thought it wise
To all their mail to swift deny
And archive to that dark abyss
That’s where I found the email missed
That is the tale of I a fool
Forgetting that I used a tool
