Tomorrow my dear sister will be waking up at 6:00
Preparing for the day ahead and all that’s in that mix
That is if her alarm should work to raise her from her bed
And doesn’t ring so long that it could raise the resting dead
While leaving her unmoved and resting cheerful in the bliss
Of hearing nothing, seeing nothing, lost in idleness
Tomorrow my dear sister will be waking up at 6:00
And if she sleeps through her alarm, then I that state will fix
For while it might not work for her, it sure does work for me
So get yourself up out of your bed ere it is done for thee
