Odd things seem so happen to my frequently, but although I am the common denominator, it might be that the problem is less that I myself bring about odd events, and more that the people who I interact with tend to have interesting things that they do.

This isn’t a bad thing, but it is the kind of thing that leads to me arguing that you shouldn’t enact a specific policy related to electricity markets because it will cause Texas to start a civil war (say what you will about debate, but that was a funny argument and the most legitimate use of the Texit DA that any round saw in the entire year (I am deeply sad that I went for T-Adopt in the 2NR, even if it was the correct choice given the way that the team from Texas debated; genuinely, how do you not know, as a Texan, that your energy grid is unique in that it is not governed by FERC?)).
